1. Zero-Preservation Data Protocol
Datums Space operates under a strict, institutional-grade zero-preservation mandate. Unlike standard analytical agencies that store client transaction ledgers on active cloud infrastructure to build profiles, we hold no permanent databases.
Once an ingestion pipeline is completed and client dashboards are exported to unguessable, static static assets (like your custom-gated HTML viewport), all raw parent datasets are securely scrubbed from our active processing nodes.
2. Information Collection & Handshake Logs
We do not collect personal identifiers, track browser patterns, or utilize analytics script packages. The only data processed is:
- Ingestion Ledgers: Voluntarily submitted Point-of-Sale (POS) and inventory telemetry streams required to build your bespoke BI report.
- Gateway Decryption Logs: Temporary network handshake tokens logged inside the secure client portal gate to direct authorized redirects.
- Communication Inquiries: Standard corporate credentials shared when contacting our distributed networks via email.
3. Secure Client Viewport Protections
Every client intelligence report is named using a cryptographically secure, high-entropy unique identifier. These files are published as isolated static documents on static nodes:
- Zero database queries are made when rendering reports, preventing standard SQL injection and cross-site scripting risks.
- No session cookies, persistent tracker pixels, or third-party marketing tags are injected into client reports.
- Access is restricted solely to the client possessing the custom-gated signature URL or token clearance level.
4. Corporate Contact & Inquiries
For questions regarding data sanitization, custom due diligence clearance processes, or to request manual node wipes of past reports, contact our ghost operations desks directly at contact@datums.space.
