1. Service Architecture & Hand-Off
Datums Space provides bespoke, one-time analytical reporting and custom BI viewport construction services based on raw datasets supplied by the client. Deliverables are provided as static, compiled static assets (like standalone HTML portals) with unguessable links.
Following hand-off and delivery of the secure static report assets to the client's custody, all operational ownership of the files and underlying analytical interpretations is fully transferred. Datums Space holds zero ongoing maintenance obligations or system monitoring liabilities post-delivery.
2. Ingestion Capital Commitments
All pricing tiers represent flat, one-time corporate capital investments made at the initiation of the ingestion pipeline:
- No Subscription Fees: There are zero ongoing licensing costs, maintenance retainers, or hidden monthly billing dependencies.
- Deliverables Lock-In: Blueprints, dashboards, and transaction ledger models are audited and locked upon delivery of the active token gateway clearance.
- Flat Ingest Rates: Rates are fully transparent and dynamically converted using audited currency feeds at the moment of commission.
3. Raw Data Integrity & Client Warranties
Because our ghost network compiles BI portals directly from unstructured POS ledgers supplied by the commissioning entity, the client warrants that all ingested datasets are authentic, audited, and legally cleared.
Datums Space provides predictive modeling and sales trend projections solely as diagnostic indicators. We carry zero liability for speculative project risks or strategic capital outcomes derived from historical data quality variances.
4. Secure Redirection Gateways
Use of the Secure Client Portal Gateway (`client-access.html`) is restricted to authorized institutional client tokens. Attempting to reverse-engineer, brute-force, or probe static server directories for other secure client tokens is strictly prohibited under federal network integrity statutes.
